We are delighted to announce the The National LIS Property Service Awards will return on Tuesday 24th November 2026 at The Grosvenor House Hotel, 86-90 Park Lane, Mayfair, London, W1K 7TL. Celebrating the shining stars of the property services market and private rented sector, it promises to be a lavish evening of awards and entertainment. We have 37 categories to choose from, covering every compass point of the sector (See below for full category list).

NO, nominating your company for the awards is FREE. However, you will be required to purchase a minimum of 2 tickets to the ceremony should you be shortlisted.
