Julie has an extensive 360° knowledge of the Private Rented Sector, her vast experience has seen her  working as a Housing law caseworker for a National solicitor firm to Head of Property and Asset management in the City, managing properties for celebrity clients, such as premiership Footballers, actors and A-list comedians. Julie ran a successful Lettings and Property Management company building an impressive managed portfolio of over 500 properties. After selling the business Julie took a different direction moving into third sector and charitable organisations, providing specialist Housing and Homelessness law advice for the Citizens Advice as well as working for a Homeless charity maximising their Mixed property portfolio and Lease options. Julie is respected throughout the industry her knowledge and outside the box solution finding approach is admired by peers.
