We are absolutely thrilled to announce the 2024 National LIS Awards.
The LIS Awards were conceived to celebrate the shining stars of the landlord & property investment sector, and this year is no exception, with 28 categories which encompass everything from finance, legal & tax, through to letting & online agents, auction houses, local authorities, landlord insurance, proptech, innovation, landlord associations and more. Nominations are open and it’s completely free to enter. Entrants may choose to submit nominations in up to 3 different categories.

The winners will be decided based upon a combination of votes achieved by your own marketing campaigns and points awarded by our judges. If you have any questions please drop us a line. Please note that if you are shortlisted then you must commit to attending the awards ceremony with a minimum of 2 tickets.

Meet the organisers
The LIS Awards is organised by the founders of The National Landlord Investment Show Tracey & Steve Hanbury along with their team. The National Landlord Investment show is the leading exhibition that sees thousands of portfolio UK landlords and Property Investors attend their shows throughout the UK. The shows are aimed at giving Landlords and Investors free education and information on how to start, grow and retain their property portfolios in an ever-changing market and offers advice from leading suppliers and Industry key figures that represent the Private Rented Sector. The team have organised over 83 live shows to date and host three shows per year in London, which attract over 2500+ portfolio landlords on the day.
